My Performance is your personal mirror in Net Net. It answers one question, clearly: how am I doing with the work I'm responsible for? No rankings, no scorecards. Just your own hours, capacity, tasks, and effort in one calm view.

What you'll see

Time logged

Your hours today, this week, and this month.

• Today is the big number, meaning your hours logged so far today.
• This week is a simple Sunday to Saturday bar chart, so you can see the shape of your week at a glance.
• This month rolls your hours up against your monthly capacity as a progress bar.

If your monthly capacity hasn't been set yet, you'll still see your total hours for the month, just without a percentage. Ask an Owner or Admin to set your capacity in Settings and the progress bar will appear.

Tasks completed this month

A straight count of what you've marked complete this month, plus a six-month trend and your monthly average.

It's a count, not a "5 of 7 done" ratio, on purpose. Net Net never measures you against a made-up target or against anyone else. The trend simply shows this month next to your own recent pattern.

Partway through the month, the current bar is marked as still "in progress," so a half-finished month never looks like a bad one.

Service type mix this month

A donut chart showing where your effort actually went this month, broken out by service type.

It appears once you've logged time to two or more service types. A single type would just be a 100% circle, so it's skipped. Any time that isn't tagged to a service type yet shows up as a gray "Unknown" slice, with a gentle nudge to tag it.

Estimation accuracy

The share of your completed tasks this month that came in at or under their planned effort (LOE, or level of effort), shown with a six-month trend.

This is a learning signal, not a grade. There's no red/yellow/green, and no speedometer. The screen says it plainly: accuracy reflects lots of things beyond you, like unclear tasks, changing scope, or an estimate someone else set.

Use the trend to start better planning conversations over time, not to judge a single month.

Set up the MCP (paid plans)

Want to ask questions the dashboard doesn't answer? On a paid plan, you can connect Net Net to your favorite AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or Grok) and ask anything you like against your own data.

The dashboard stays simple on purpose. The MCP is the escape valve for everything else.

Who can see whose dashboard

By default, My Performance is just yours.

Owners and Admins can switch the view to a specific team member to support them with better context, and when they do, the screen clearly shows whose data they're looking at. Members and Leads see only their own.

It's built to help someone, never to watch them.

A few things you might notice

• New to the workspace? Your six-month trends fill in as the months go by. Earlier months show as empty placeholders rather than zeros, so a fresh start never looks like a slump.
• Logged nothing today? Today simply shows 0 hrs, no nagging warning. A quick daily habit of logging keeps everything accurate.
• Shared a task with a teammate? If you're both assigned, you both get credit when it's completed.

Why it works this way

My Performance is deliberately calm and personal. No leaderboards, no rankings, no "best" or "worst," and no money figures. That's not what this screen is for.

It's here to help you see your own effort clearly and notice your own patterns, so your next estimate comes from evidence instead of a guess.
