The 60 days give you everything Net Net has: unlimited active Jobs, Chat, advanced reporting, integrations, and MCP access for your own AI tools. There is one trial per organization, and if you signed up with a personal email address like Gmail or Yahoo, Net Net asks for a card to confirm you are a real person. That card is held, not charged.** You'll find it under **Settings → Billing**. # When your free trial starts Signing up does not start your trial. Building a Job plan does not start it either. The trial starts the moment you activate your first Job. When you go to activate a Job on a free workspace, Net Net asks you to start the trial first, and once you do, the Job activates and the 60-day clock begins. None of it burns a single day of your trial. ## What you get for 60 days Everything. There is no reduced trial tier. * Unlimited active Jobs * Chat * Advanced reporting and Performance * Integrations * MCP access, so you can point your own AI tool at your workspace # One trial per organization Net Net gives one trial per organization, not one per person who signs up. How Net Net works out who "you" are depends on your email address. ## If you use a company email Anyone at `` `agency.com` `` shares one trial. The first person to start it uses it for the whole company. Subdomains count as the same company too, so `` `you@us.agency.com` `` and `` `you@uk.agency.com` `` both resolve to `` `agency.com` ``. This is deliberate. It means your colleague cannot accidentally spin up a second trial and split your workspace in half without anyone noticing. ## If you use a personal email For addresses at free email providers, the trial is tracked against your individual address rather than the whole provider. Obviously, otherwise one person signing up with Gmail would use up the trial for everybody on Gmail. But Net Net normalizes that address first, so the usual tricks resolve back to the same person: * `` `john+trial@gmail.com` `` and `` `john@gmail.com` `` are the same identity * `` `j.o.h.n@gmail.com` `` and `` `john@gmail.com` `` are also the same identity, because Gmail ignores dots and so does Net Net Providers treated this way include Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Proton, Fastmail, and a handful of others. # Why a personal email needs a card If your workspace owner signed up with a free email address, Net Net asks for a credit card before the trial can start. ||| The card is held to confirm you are a real person, not to charge you. No payment is attempted during the trial, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan. It is a light anti-abuse measure, and it is the only thing standing between a free-email signup and a full 60 days of premium. A card can also only start one trial, so the same card cannot be reused to open a second trial on a different address. Company email signups do not need a card at all. | If you have a company domain, sign up with it. No card, and your whole team lands in the same workspace naturally. Net Net will not charge a card it is holding and will not pick a plan on your behalf. If you choose a monthly or annual plan during the trial, that plan takes effect when the trial ends and billing starts from that point. Net Net prompts you to start the trial at the moment you activate a Job, and you get 60 days from then. ###### Do I need a credit card to start a trial? **Only if you signed up with a free email address like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCloud.** In that case the card is held to confirm you are a real person and is never charged during or at the end of the trial. Signups on a company domain need no card at all. ###### Can I start a second trial with a different email address? **No, not from the same organization.** For company domains, the trial belongs to the whole registered domain, subdomains included. For free email providers, the trial belongs to your individual address after normalization, so plus tags and Gmail dots resolve back to the same person.
